1. Acceptance of terms
By using UBYSSAL and placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions.
2. The service
UBYSSAL generates personalised sports posters from GPS data and race times. We offer: • Downloadable digital poster (PDF): immediate delivery. • Printed A2 poster: shipping in 3-5 business days in mainland Spain.
3. Prices and payments
Prices include VAT. Payment processed through Stripe. • Digital poster: €14.99 The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
4. Returns policy
Digital product: no returns once downloaded. If there is a technical error on our part, we will fix it or refund the amount. Printed product: if it arrives damaged or with a production error, we will reprint at no cost. Email us at hello@ubyssal.com within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the problem. No returns accepted for change of mind on personalised products.
5. Delivery time
3-5 business days in mainland Spain. For other destinations, delivery times may vary.
6. Intellectual property
UBYSSAL designs and software are the property of the company. Your sports activity data belongs to you.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for errors in data entered by the user. It is the user's responsibility to review the preview before confirming the order.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile.
