• Email: when you subscribe to notifications or place an order. • Name: when you customise your poster. • GPX file / route data: processed to generate the poster and automatically deleted after 14 days. • Postal address: only if you order a printed poster. • Browsing data: via analytical and marketing cookies, with your prior consent.
3. How we use your data
• Order and shipping management. • Notifications when a race becomes available. • Website analysis and improvement (consent only). • Relevant advertising on social media (consent only).
4. Legal basis
• Contract performance: to process your order. • Consent: for notifications and cookies. • Legitimate interest: fraud prevention.
5. How long we keep your data
• Order data: 1 year from purchase date. • Waitlist emails: until the race is available plus 30 days. • GPS route data: 14 days from purchase.
6. Who we share data with
Only with providers necessary for the service: • Stripe (payment processor) • Supabase (database) • Vercel (hosting) • Google Analytics (traffic analysis) • Meta Pixel (advertising, consent only)
